We've two Irish acts recently booked. The first being singer and bouzouki player Daoirí Farrell, described by some of the biggest names in Irish folk music as one of most important singers to come out of Ireland in recent years. The trio, with Kieran Munnelly on flute/tin whistle and Kevin Glackin on fiddle, plays the Lake Stage on Sunday, and he'll be solo earlier in the day on the Folk Stage.

"Daoirí Farrell is singlehandedly spearheading a resurgence of the authentic in Irish folk music…he is rightly in demand all over the world"

Irish Music

"He has the best Irish traditional voice currently around; if there’s better, I’ve yet to hear it"

Folk Radio UK

Needless to say, we're quite excited!

We've also announced Cider with Molly for Friday.

Cider with Molly is The Ciderhouse Rebellion (accordionist Murray Grainger and fiddle player Adam Summerhayes) with stellar Irish singer Molly Donnery, “A voice that encourages ever more attentive listening as you strive to catch every nuance of her impeccable delivery” Folk Radio UK.

We'll be sending our full newsletter in the next few days so watch this space...
