Folk singer Anna Elias (The Forlorn Hope) and blues guitarist Rhydian Wyn (The Blue Fire) performed for the first time together at the GTSF 2025.

 

They enjoyed it so much that they’ve carried on! Their two voices simply sound good together. Layered harmonies, influenced by both classic fifties duos and modern Americana, envelop and are undergirded by Rhydian’s folk blues guitar.

 

The pair’s song writing is also developing very nicely! Expect a repertoire encompassing fresh takes on blues spirituals and original indie folk.
